Unless requested otherwise by the customer. 1st Responder Warehouse ships to most countries around the world with some exceptions. We will notify you if your country is on the restricted shipping list. Freight charges shown on the shopping cart are specifically for the continental United States. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, orders will be shipped UPS or USPS. International shipments will incur additional freight charges, which will reflect actual shipping costs. Orders shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post are usually received between 4-12 business days. Orders shipped via Global Express Mail (EMS) are usually received between 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Priority Mail are usually received within 3 business days. Orders shipped via Express Mail are usually received overnight. In the continental US orders over 24 lbs traveling USPS will be shipped via alternative carrier. Outside of the continental US, USPS orders over 44 lbs or in some cases 66 lbs (depending on the country) will be shipped via alternative carrier.
1st Responder Warehouse lets you choose your LED module colors, The LED lights are made to order and will be shipped once the product/products are completed, this usually takes between 2 to 20 days depending on the selection of LED module and/or quantity. The average transit time for the continental United States is 2-12 days once the, order is shipped. Although, some large/custom orders may require more time than usual, contact will be made with the customer if additional time is needed for production. When ordering 20 or more LED Lights, additional freight charges will be added to your order. In the event an item is on back order we will notify you via e-mail, the back ordered item will be shipped as soon as possible. Satisfaction Policy and Custom Orders
1st Responder Warehouse we want your satisfaction 100% guaranteed. 1st Responder Warehouse allows you to customize and choose the style of light and module colors when ordering. All
light bars are custom built to the options that the customer has requested. All sales are final on custom orders. Only defected products qualify to be returned
for an exchange of the same product. All LED Warning Lights are tested for operation prior to shipping. We have a One year warranty against manufacture
Defect. No returns are allowed for any product that has been modified or tampered with no exceptions. The defective product can be returned within 30
days of the purchase date for customers within the continental United States, and within 45 days for international customers. Returns require a Return
Authorization number (RA#). Please call or e-mail
sales@1stresponderwarehouse.com to obtain your RA#. When
returning the product please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for the return, and your RA#. We suggest using a shipping method where you can track your shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles on your credit card statement for
